Doctor hab. in public law Fabrice Thuriot is coordinator and researcher at the Centre of Research on Law and Territory (CRDT) and lecturer in public law and policies, territorial and cultural management in France and Europe, in some specialized masters in the Universities of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (Public Law), Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne (IREST Tourism), Angers (ESTHUA Tourism and Culture) and at Kedge Business School of Bordeaux (Creative Industries and Culture). He is also recently director of development of SSH in Law, Economy and Management for the House of Human Sciences of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. He is a research fellow to the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS, Quebec, since 2010) and to the Centre of Research on Territorial Development (CRDT) grouping 6 universities in Quebec since 2014. He realized lots of studies in different regions in France, especially in Champagne-Ardenne (on the cooperation between municipalities, on the prospective for the area of Reims…) and wasinvolved in Interreg programs, either as an evaluator with the english consultant LRDP for the Interreg II-A program Rives-Manche (1998) or as a partner with the CRDT in the Interreg III-B “SPAN” project (Strategic planning and multi-level governance 2004-2008 with Wallonia, Ireland and Northern Ireland). He was also the coordinator for the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne of the PRISSM Leonardo da Vinci project, Action “Transfer of Innovation”, untitled “Promotion of Integration in the planning and provision of social services within local authorities through municipal staff vocational training- A Lever for Local Development” with partners in Greece, also project leader, Lithuania and Northern Ireland in 2012-2015. He is currently the project manager of a french-slovak project on creative citives and sustainable development (2018-2019).
